Is there an easier way to roll out standby screens, other than emailing the users the picture, and then setting it up on each individual BB?

Also, can I roll out a password and set all the blackberries up to lock after 5 minutes or so, or is this an individual basis thing?

We are trying to implement security, but all the users are *****ing about how they have to enter a password every time, so I tell them to make one, but they dont do it.

Is there a way to force that?

IT Policy is where you can set all your settings and enforce certain things. That is assuming your on 4.X BES. To learn more about it you can go to blackberry.com and just do a IT Policy search and it should give you more than enough info so you can learn about it.
