Default SetAdminKey.Exe did not peform as expected

Please Login to Remove!
I ran SetAdminKey.exe on my PC with the -f (for full) parameter. I expected to be able to view the licenses tab in Blackberry Manager but it isn't showing up. Any ideas?

you should be able to see licenses tab, i ran the same on my pc and it is fine (for BES4). what version of BES are you on? what tabs can you see?
