Exclamation On Upgrading my R5 to R6 for my Domino BES

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,

Upgrading my R5 to R6 for my Domino BES 4.0 SP1.

Any consideration on the BES side? Other than the normal read-up on the Lotus Upgrade Guide document? Thanks in advance....

it should be pretty straight forward if you are doing an inplace upgrade i.e. not moving to another server or formatting and re-installing. I would just recommend that you make a copy of the notes.ini file incase you have to put the BES data back in there

Also, the java/com options are a little different in R6 so have a look in the quick start guide
