Default Blackberry Contacts

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

We run an exchange 2003 environment with Blackberry enterprise server 4.1. I have a user who is wirelessly syncing his contacts from Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. Since I support him remotely, I cannot see his blackberry, but he's telling me that his contacts are synchronizing, but the flag for follow-up entries he's placed on some of the contacts in outlook are not coming through on his blackberry. Can you tell me if you would expect the flag for followup entries to replicate from Outlook to his contact list on the blackberry? At the moment, I do not have his specific blackberry model, but the software on his device would be version 4.2 or later.

-Thanks

BB doesn't support follow up flags.

Now, if you want to be helpful to him, you can suggest he right click the contact in outlook and create a task for the contact which has more info than a simple flag.
