hey guys i got a user with a blackberry that is playing up.

i went to provision him a new one, and everything is working on it except it is not recieving email.

it can go on to the internet, our companies intranet, look up address's and send email.

but when i send a email to it, it does not recieve.

anyone know anything i can try?

domino 2.2, blackberry 7230 v4

this one has me stummped, never had it all working but not receiving anything

my bad.... found out the user still had his in the cradle when i was provisioning a new one!
