We have a old exchange 2k3 server about to be retired.

The problem is that the BES points to our old server and not our newer exchange 2003 server. How do i redirect the BEs to the newer server? How will this impact my users? Will it impact my exchange server after the redirection? is there a reference article?

did you migrate the user accounts to the new server? is the BES service account migrated? if so, then you'll simply need to stop the BES services and change MAPI profile from the Blackberry start menu folder to reflect the new Exchange server.

well our mailboxes are on the new exchange server but the BES is pointed at the old server but still recieves the mail from the new server. I have to figure out a way to repoint the BES at the New exchange server while having minimal impact on our BB services. how do i change the Mapi profile of the BES server? Is there any docs or web links for this?
