Stops receiving but sends....
This seems to be a growing problem in our company.
BES Info: Domino 6.5.3 FP1 BES 4.0 SP2
Scenario: User complains that he is not receiving mail in his 7100t.
Fix?: The ONLY way to get the user back to normal is to delete their BES account, Nuke the handheld, recreate the account, rebuild and reprovision the handheld. I have had 5 of these on my desk today. Was about 1-2 per week but I upgraded to SP2 over weekend and it has been non-stop ever since.
contact RIM and work through it. if its affecting that many users, then i'd dare to say that its a larger issue than one being addressed on an internet forum. i'd like to hear the outcome, but i would think it needs to be addressed in a more timely fashion than waiting on a reply here.
