Default BES Reconciliation

Please Login to Remove!

I have a Bes Questions that maybe you can answer.

When i first setup bes and email redirection with exchange, i had total reconcilation of emails on both the blackberry and the outlook client. Now i find as of late that when i read an email in outlook, my blackberry does not reconcile that it is read till i get another email. It used to send a message to the blackberry that it was read and vice versa.

What happened? I am running BES 3.6 and i do not want to have to keep hitting reconcile now on my blackberry for it to make the changes.

Bascally i am asking, how come the blackberry stopped reconciling email status of read or un-read by itself, untill i get a new email?
