I have a little question I hope someone here can answer:

We're running BES4.0.2 on 7250 handhelds, and everything is working great other than sent item syncronization.

I would like to disable sent item sync, but not have to explicitly select every other folder that I want to synchronize for each user. Right now, the only options I can find are either A. Sync Inbox and Sent Items or B. Have to select each and every folder that I want to synchronize. This is a problem because lot of our users have an inbox subfolder structure that is quite complex and constantly changing. I do not want to have to go into BES and click checkboxes everytime a user makes a change to his folder structure. Anybody out there know of a way to just not synchronize sent items and not affect anything else?

I don't konw about clicking on BES, but you can send out instruction for the user to go into their message options and check the folders they want to sync.

If you go to Desktop Manager - Redirector Settings - Advanced tab you can uncheck the very bottom option which is Save items in Sent folder.
