I have 15 users on my BES SBE server and I am about to upgrade to the full Enterprise version to add more people. 1st question, how painful is this upgrade? is it as easy as a License key or do i need to re-build the server yet again?

What about when 4.0 is released? Should I wait for 4.0 and tell my users to pack sand until the new BES is released, or go for the upgrade now, then throw more money at the server when 4.0 is released? what about the BB support contract? should i go for it, to get the upgrade covered?

any help is greatly apericiated...

i'd say the support contract would be a definite. even at the low-end ($1500/yr or cheaper depending on your RIM contacts; or you can go through a vendor such as CDW and i believe its around $900/yr) to cover the upgrades of the software and licenses (provided you upgrade to Enterprise now).
