If you isnt on Windows2003 SP1 and install it before installing BES
you risk running into domino log issues

Test fix instructions:
Backup the server's registry. [This is a very important step.]
Shutdown Domino.
Delete the \lotus\domino\common.diag file.
Run (double-click) the attached file common.reg.
This file will update the registry with:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Lotus\Sametime\Meeting Server\Diagnostics\Common]
"LogPrintLevel"=dword:00000002
Restart the Sametime server and monitor the size of common.diag.
