7290 Blackberry has been stuck on Enetrprise Actiavtion 93% for about an hour. It says Auto Text is incomplete. Any suggestions?

i'd wait it out as much as possible

While in the EA screen

1. press + cnfg
2. Change 'Wireless Sync:' to 'No'
3. Save your settings

The EA will roll back to 'Waiting for Services' then repeat steps 1 - 3 this time turn wireless sync back to 'Yes'.

Sometimes the session times out during EA and doing this will restart the process. Hopefully this time it will finish. It's better than doing a Cancel and re-activating.

Leave it. When doing multiple wireless activations I've seen it take up 6-8hrs before to complete to 100%

One thing that you have to keep in mind is if the users mail file is extremely large it will take more time. When it gets to the 85-93% completed range that is when it is bringing down all the large information and it sits there for awhile. I have seen this process take about an hour and a half with a user with a 1.5-2.5GB mail file. If waiting it out didn't work then try some of the steps mentioned above.

You could also try disabling address book, mail filters, mailbox, calendar and tasks. then activate, it will go very quickly then. Then after it's completed, re-enable all the previous items and it will complete them in their own time.

Options/Service books -- delete the desktop sync book and start again....problem should be solved. If the user had phone logs of several thousand entries, it could take hours. Did one today with almost 10k phone log entries -- took 3 hours or so.
