Default Deleted Items From Handheld

Please Login to Remove!

BES for Domino/Notes 4.1 SP2 (or whatever)

Currently if a user deletes a message from the handheld the item is removed permanently if the user has "Delete from Mailbox and Handheld" turned on. My users are complaining that they want messages deleted from the handheld to be moved into the deleted items folder in their mailbox.

Is this behavior modifiable, "working as intended", or need some administrator intervention?

Default

yes, you need to change the way messages are deleted in their mail file within domino.

Check under Tools>preferences within the mail file.
