Default BES Synch Problem

I purchased a 7100t and had the IT guys come by to do the install on BES. After many failed attempts we called T-mobile and turns out that I didn't have the corp email feature on my plan - had it added. They said it would take up to 2-days to activate

Tmobile and IT said that once my service kicks in the BES will start sending email w/o prob. HOWEVER, I looked under my service books and I do not have "Desktop" listed. I show "outlook"

Is this correct? If not how do I prep my 7100t so the BES will synch with it
