Deleting email in Outlook, but still showing on Bold

Hello All,

I have an issue with a Bold.
Whenever an email is deleted in Outlook, it doesn't delete on the BB. The only way for that Outlook deleted email to delete on the BB is to do "reconcile now".
However, when deleting email from the BB, it deletes it from Outlook (prompt option) fine.
I've also tested sending and replying emails both from the BB and Outlook, and it's fine.
It's only a deleting issue one way from Outlook to the Bold.
I've recreated the user on BES and wiped the handheld, but it's still doing the same thing.
Any ideas what I can look for?
TIA

wireless message reconciliation is what you need to enable on the BES.

If it is enabled then you might have different CDO versions.

Somewhere in RIM's KB there is an article on this but basically, the "auto reconcile" happens at long undocumented intervals - the important stuff (new incoming) is pushed immediately but housekeeping (like synching OLK deletes) happens lots later - just have faith that it will happen and be patient.

The fact that a "Reconcile Now" works means that given enough time it should happen on its own.

In BlackBerry.com Technical Solution Center there is a KB article (00285) which *might* match the symptoms.

Cause 1 or Cause 2 is the major culprit that I've observed.
