I have a users whose address book was syncing and has stopped syncing in the last few days. This user has 3500 contact in Exchange. Messages and calendar are syncing fine.
In BB Manager, under the User, PIM Sync, and Address Book....
Synchronization enabled = True
Enabled on Device = False
We have verified on the Curve device the Sync was on. Per some other threads I read, we turned it off, then waited an hour. Turned it back on, and it still is False. We have tried to reboot the device as well (turn off, reboot turn on, reboot)
Any ideas of the next step to take?
