Default Best route for setting up two person BES?

Please Login to Remove!

Me and my boss at my work both have blackberries and constantly schedule appointments for one another and it would be nice to have a way to quickly update each others calendars and contacts so I wanted to know if setting up a small bes would be the solution.

First off is it feasable to setup a two person network using the free bes software version?

Also, does the bes server have to be a dedicated machine or could I run it on a machine that I use for office work already?

With unite I have no way of activating his phone and mine. He couldn't install the software on his pc and me on mine without taking his phone home to activate it. Plus he wouldn't be able to add calendar events to my phone

Important:
A blackberry on a BES can only be associated to one exchange mailbox.
you only have access to your personal calendar and your personal address book from the Device - without buying $$$ software.
You can send an invitation to join a meeting, that way you can schedule an appointment for another User if he accepts.

Besides this, if you havea SBS 2000 or 2003 already running it is not a big problem to install the BES Server.

Yeah, even with a BES, the only way to edit each other's contacts and calendar is via mail client, not BB
