Does anyone know of a way to customize the information displayed from a lookup request? We are running into problems where people have the same first and last name (but different middle initials luckily) so when a lookup is performed on their name, two identical-looking results are returned. I would at least like to add the middle initial to main screen of the lookup results and ideally I would like to add a department or location.
