Why do I get the following message when trying to activate wirelessly?

"IT requires that you connect this handheld to the device manager to continue activation"

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry 7100t: BlackBerry7100/4.0.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1)

Sounds like wireless activation isn't allowed by the BES server

Just starting with BES so this may sound stupid, but where do I enable wireless activation on the server?

An IT Policy could be set to Disallow Wireless PIM Sync or something similar. To access this you would right-click the BES from the BlackBerry Manager and select IT Policy.

Thanks for the replies. Found my problem. If you set disable wireless bulk loads, it will ask you to connect the handheld to the device manager to finish the activation. Funny enough, in the instructions to setup wireless activation it tells you to disable wireless bulk loads.
