Default Address book not synching

Please Login to Remove!

I have a new user (happens to be the CTO too, just my luck) that just bought a Blackberry 9530 (VZW). When he went to synch everything worked except for the address book. When I check the logs, I get the error:

Error Logging: Exchange.Address Book::A-980-OPERATION_FAILURE

He didn't have a BB before so this is a new user add. Any ideas? I'm open to anything, being the CTO, I really don't want to wipe his handheld. I'm running BES v4.1.3 with Exchange.

What size is the contacts folder in MB?
How many contacts?
