Default IT policy and bbspell

Please Login to Remove!

Heya,

I am trying to get one of my users who paid for an individual seat to use bbspell, and he keeps getting the message:

"The application bbSpell has attempted to open a connection to a location inside the firewall and outside the firewall which is not allowed by your IT policy."

Which part of the IT policy is that, im trying to look at it right now to make a special policy for him, but I cant seem to find anything regarding that.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Mike

Using the default IT policy right now.

enable split pipes, but that is a bad idea.

my thoughts are to uninstall bbSpell, then go through the steps below. afterwards, reinstall bbSpell.
