Just FYI, BES 4.0 SP3 (4.0.3) should be available shortly. I believe it was released 30 minutes ago to their partners' website (someone who is a partner can verify).

The importance of this Service Pack, for Exchange, is due to the upcoming Exchange 2003 SP2 patch and its changing of how Calendar appointments are handled. More information can be found in this thread:
