Default Users keep getting "unable to process a message" e-mails

We are running BES 2.2 with SP6a and Domino.

We have a few users (two that I know about) that keep getting this e-mail periodically:

"The BlackBerry Enterprise Server was unable to process a message. You can still view this message in your desktop email program. Your system administrator has been notified."

It doesn't seem to indicate which message is causing the problem. Anyone know what causes this and how to stop it?
