I was wondering if anyone has had this problem...

We are having a problem with our syncing of unity messages. If I listen and delete from outlook then the message will delete on the bb and on the phone; if I listen and delete from the phone, the message will delete in outlook but not on the bb. Any thoughts? Did you have this problem?
We are running exchange 03 and bes 4.0 sp2. I have reported the problem to RIM and they are at a lost. Our phone system is the Cisco Avvid system with unity messaging. Any help is greatly appreciated...Thanks in advance...

This is because BES must "watch" the message get moved to the Deleted Items folder. You'll notice that when you delete the message from Unity, the message is deleted in place and does not get moved to the Deleted Items folder. You can reproduce the behavior by "hard deleting" a message (Shift + Delete) in your Outlook client.

...most likely will be addressed in BES 4.1 with the added support for hard deletes.
