when i wipe a handheld and then wireless sync the time defaults to casablanca ????
can i force a time sync to BES ??

Did you check the handheld time after the Enteprise Activation?

...apologies for jumping into this thread as well, but we're also seeing this behaviour on our newly upgraded BES 4.1.3

When I wipe and EA a handheld, the timezone defaults to Casablanca GMT and I have to manually change it on the handheld.

Is there a way to force this from the BES? I would have thought that after a predetermined time it would check in with the BES and sync it's time/timezone info but that doesn't appear to occur.
