Hi,

Is it possible for 1 BES to work for 2 Child domains with 1 exchange server in each Child domain. The Exchange Servers are in the same Exchange organization.

It a Windows 2003 AD Infrastructure and Exchange 2003.

The Child domain that the BES is installed is serving users in the domain with no problem.

However When I try to add users from the other Child domain it is failing to initialize the users.

The domain have full trusts between them

The BES account is in one domain, and you want it to access the other domain. Have you added that account into the other domain's AD with full mailbox rights as you would your own?

Sorted it.

The Besadmin account did not have all the special permission applied to This object, subcontainers and children objects. It was only set to this object on the Exchange sever in the second Child domain.
