BES 4.0.2, Exchange 2k3 Enterprise Clustered, BB7920.

I have a user (CEO's AA) who wants to sync HER inbox, but her boss' calendar. How can I accomplish this? I can't find any options in the BES tools. Is this done with the DTM? If so, will the sync still occur wirelessly?

You cannot wirelessly synchronize with another persons calendar yet, you need to use the desktop software still.

To bounce this back to the top, here is the situation:

The user in question is an AA for our CEO (thus, the importance). She wants to sync HER email and HIS calendar. HIS calendar is a folder in HER email box, thus, does not require a connection to his calendar.

I installed the DTM on the user's computer. I configured the DTM to pull the correct calendar folder. On a side note, I also configured the machine to sync ALL calendar entries, not just future entries.

That was Friday. As of today, the AA's calendar has overwritten the CEO's calendar on the Exchange server as well as the handheld.

What am I doing wrong?
