Default BPS first build. Need help

Please Login to Remove!

Hi everybody,

I have build for the first time a BPS on a windows server 2003 R2 x64 and exchange 2007, I'm trying to use wireless activation but without success. Anybody could help me please ?

I have read with kind attention tutorial but no chance...I have temporary setup remote access on my server for person that could help me.

Check the data plan to see if it is the more expensive one. BES not BIS.

is the ept.dat file making it to the user?
Is it remove from the users inbox?

any info in the BES magt logs?

the file attachment name is etp.dat

Sorry for inconvenience caused....my carrier hasn't activated BES services...work like a charme (knottyrope, thanks for you help on skype
