My company is using BES version 4.1.6.9 and we successfully sync. the emails, contacts, calender on our BB 8820 (4.5) and Bold (4.6) but when we try to push application which is successfully pushed to former BB OS versions such as 4.2 or 4.3 nothink happens.
We tried to replace the vendor.xml and device.xml but it didn't help much and in the BES manager i see that the configuration status is: Device not supported.

Did anyone succeeded to work with BB OS 4.5 or later and such BES version?

The software you're trying to push to these devices doesn't sound like it's designed to work with these O/S's.

You'll need to purchase/download the latest version for these O/S's and then create a software configuration with them to push to the newer devices.

I've just noticed one big different between the 4.5 and another device we have which we successfully push applications into: the Hardware ID of the 4.5 is 0x00000 and i think its related to the problem, what do you think?
