Hi,

We just upgraded from BES Small Business to BPS. Since that upgrade synchronization between the server and the handhelds is very slow, it takes up to 15 minutes until read and unread messages are synchronized.

The blackberry messaging agent reports the following:
<N/A> | BlackBerry Messaging Agent server01 (Application Event Log on server01) | 02/16/2009 00:45:39 (AFFF4EC6) -> OTAC slow sync timed out while waiting for response

We didn't receive those messages before.

Any ideas??

I see this show up when in poor reception areas.

It will try again later on.

All of our blackberry users live in a big city, so there is actually a good connectivity.
