Arrow Shared mailbox on device?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I would like to know if the following is possible, and if so, how:

We have a BES/MS Exchange server, which has a few users on it.
I have 2 users which need the following:

They have a BB9000 device, with each a sync for their own mailbox. In addition to their own mailbox, they also have a shared mailbox (lets call it a general office mailbox, for info@)

I want BES to also sync this mailbox with their device.
Is this possible?

So, this would mean these 2 users can read their own mailbox and the shared mailbox on the BB9000.

No they would have a Blackberry that gets email from the shared mailbox. I have a few devices setup like this mostly for support teams who have requests feed to a common address.

Or just use a BIS account for the 2nd box. It doesn't push like a BES does, but it does work.
