So we have 4 blackberries and for some reason we have a BES. With only 4 users its been fairly easy just to add them to the BES set a password and let them bang on them until they break and get a new one. So needless to say i dont get a lot of practice on the thing beside syncing them up.

However now i have a twist and i have no idea WTF to do... so im asking the experts.

All 4 are 8350i's. Aparently there is a new OS for these things out and typicly they can just go to nextels website and do a web upgrade. This time however it says they cant since they are hooked up to a BES.

I checked nextels site and it refers them to do a wireless update but i assume i have to set up the BES to either allow that or have the most up to date software. Besides turning it on and letting it rock and roll i have not touched this sucker.

Black berry manager is version 4.0.5.6

Im only talking about 4 users here so i dont need to make this complicated just what ever is the quickest and easiest for 4 users.
