Hi Can anyone help with the below?


Client is getting error 9646 in the event logs - MAPI Session for Blackberry Service Account exceeded maximum of 500 objects. They have increased the limit to 700 as per advice from MS but are still getting the error message on the Exchange Server.

many thanks for your response, we have managed to identify it as a MS issue.

Are you surea about that?
When we had that issue it was from a user trying to redirect 500 folders in outlook/BB.
