Users emails won't reconcile - i.e synch read, unread and dleted items between BB and Outlook.

We are running Blackberry Professional Software (slimmed down BES if I'm correct in saying so). V4.1.4.3 on 2003 Server SP2.

Its a small environment (4 Handhelds: 3 Bolds and 1 Storm). Outlook 2007 is in use on desktops as is Desktop Manager.

Email flow is working, i.e send and receive without issue.

However, and here's the sticking point - email reconcilliation isn't working as we believe it should. When reading emails on the BB and marking them as read or deleting them, the change is NOT mirrored in Outlook.
For example after a weekend of using just the BB to answer emails, when the users come into the office on Monday, all the READ emails appear as UN-READ and all the deleted emails are NOT DELETED.

HELP!

We have tried the following - all to no avail:

Resending Service Books
Wiping and reactivating ALL handhelds
Rebuilding the BES Database - i.e trashing it and starting again (drastic I know but thats how desperate we've become to find a solution!)

Can anyone shed any light or point us in the right direction?

Is Wireless Reconcile enabled?

I believe so, but not being a BES guru as such - how do I double check?

Be sure to change the Email Reconcilitation options on the handheld to:
Delete On: Mailbox & Handheld
Wireless Reconcile: On
On Conflicts: Mailbox Wins

OK found wireless reconcillition and yes its set to True - so enabled.

Any other ideas?

On the handheld..... Delete On is set to...?

Delete set to Handheld and Mailbox

And still not synching? Hhrrmmmm... perhaps a quick call to BB T-Support...

Delete the service book for reconciliation and then re-push it.

Ok so I've just tried deleting the cmime service book, undeleting and then regenerating encryption keys.
I asked 2 users to go away and just use their BB's and see if what they did was then mirrored in Outlook (i.e deletions and reads) - but still NO.

All handhelds are set to Delete on Mailbox and handheld.

What am I missing????

Anymore ideas?

just a couple of questions..

- what is your Exchange version ?
- is BPS on the same machine as the exchange ?
