Hi, I am trying to add a new user to the BPS server. I had to delete a user that was not using the account but was taking up a license. I created the new user and added him to the BPS Manager, I made his policy Default.
I sent him the activation password and he got that all fine. He was even able to activate the phone, but after he did he wasnt able to make any calls and his email was dated back to last month.
I noticed that the IT Policy Status Message said 70 Processing Stopped: Invalid PIN. I tried to read up on the error but I haven''t really gotten a definite answer. I was just wondering if anyone had any insight on the issue.
