Post Illegal Device pin on BB 8320 model

Please Login to Remove!

Unit/user is activated using Blackberry desktop Manager and successfully activated but still cannot send and received email. I check BES says on the last result 'Illegal Device Pin". Kindly advise us what's that error? If it is in the unit or the carrier sim? Anyone can help us.Thanks.

Was this device activated for another user previously, or are you sure this is the first time this device is getting activated over the BES ?
