Our blackberries were "off the air for half the day today because sprint shut down the account for a past due balance. When they finally came back on all mail from BES during that time is missing from the phones. I tried using the "reconcile" option in the message menu but that did not seem to have any affect.

Is there a way to get it back in Sync or should we be better at paying our bills next time

You'd have to re-populate it by removing and adding them in.
