Ok...so don't ask me how this happened, but in my company apparently we had 2 version's of the BES software floating around. The one that we installed, was "Blackberry Small Business Edition 4.1.4".
Soooo when I tried to do the upgrade this morning to 4.1.6, I got this "trad-up key" license that I had to put in...and I had no idea about that. I found the other version that we had, which is "Backberry Enterprise Server for Microsoft Exchange".
In order to upgrade my Blackberry Professional Software to Enterprise, instead of purchasing the trade-up key, since we already have the Enterprise software, can I just put in the new SRP ID and Auth Key, and that should allow me to upgrade?
Any help on what to do here would be great. Thanks!

Reason: Small Business Edition, not Professional

That will not work. You need the upgrader kit for it. They upgrade the old SRP key.

I already have both CAL's in there...a 1 user that starts off as "bescal" and a 20 user that starts off as "besx35"...if that helps. I think the 1 CAL is for Enterprise, and the 20 was Small Business.
I think this is the actual order in which everything happened...
1. Installed SBS software
2. Put in SRP Auth key and CAL for 1 user Enterprise
3. Put in SBS CAL for 20 users when we realized we had more liscenses
knottyrope - Where can I get the upgrader kit? Do I have to pay for this?
All my licence keys are "bescal" and we started with a 10 user SBE, not BPS, added two more individual SBE licences, added the upgrade licence key to full BES, which gave us an extra 5, and then a 10-pack of full BES licences.
At no point have I had to reinstall anything.
