Hi..

i am running BES on one server with local database, and trying to to configure the admin tool on different server its on IIS.

while trying to add user getting the below given error.

besuseradminclient.exe -change -u -b xxxxx -w as -p xxxxxx -SQLUSER xxxxx -SQLPASS xxxxx

[12:29:22] BESUserAdmin::main - Log Start
[12:29:22] BESUserAdmin::main - Error running client. Please check the following:
a. BlackBerry User Administration Service is running
b. Correct network address (or computer name) of where the service is running (i.e. -n )
c. Correct BES instance to administer (i.e. -b )

checked the mapi profile in registry its correct..

what could be other issue.
