Historically we haven't allowed our users Address Book to sync bidirectional, we have always used server to device.
We decided to update the global sync policy to change this setting for all our users across 5 BES servers (4.1.5) which all talk to the same SQL DB.
However this change has not replicated to the individual users when I check under edit properties. I have rebooted one of the servers in case there was a service that needed to be restarted to allow the address book setting to be updated. Still no good.
Does anyone know how to push this setting out once the global PIM sync has been updated?
