That's a great idea. Reboot the box if it isn't doing what you think it should do.
As posted earlier, calendar reconcile occurs for all users over night. It seems that for some reason, changes to an appointment aren't picked up during normal mailbox scanning, and I suspect it has to do with how GW handles the changes. Its sorta invisible to the BES. So the BES has a nightly full reconcile processes built in to compensate.
A reboot might just be triggering these processes earlier than scheduled, but I bet the message delays hurt.
