I am running BES Professional 18.104.22.168 on SBS 2003.
I have seen some other posts about this but I still have not been able to resolve this. At some point on Monday, my users stopped receiving emails to their blackberries (around 12:30am, according tot he "Last Contact" info)
The SRP was disconnected, and would not reconnect. I emailed RIM support and they were able to unlock it. It locked again shortly thereafter, so before getting them to unlock it again, I enabled the registry hack to have it reconnect only every 15 seconds.
Now what I have is the SRP that keeps flapping between a "Connected" and "Disconnected" state, but at least it doesn't get locked
I have checked the network connections and all is stable as a rock (from the server BES is installed on, I put a continuous ping onto both IPs that <srp.ca.blackberry.net> resolved to and only lost maybe 1 in 1,000 packets)
I am unable to upgrade to a newer service pack, because SP5 and SP6 are for "full" BES and I am running only "BES Professional".
Any other ideas on what could be the issue?
