My first post, so I hope I'm not screwing up some kind of protocol here.

Running BES 4.0.2 for GroupWise

Have 18 Cingular 7100g handhelds. Would like to "force" all of them to use the Internet Browser instead of the Blackberry browser.

Any means of where to start on the BES is appreciated. I assumed it's in the IT Policy, but would like some feedback before I make changes.
