I get this every so often from different agents. I look through the logs but unsure of what i should be looking for as far as the problematic user.

It's most likely a user than was removed from the mail system but not from BES. In the Event Viewer's Application Log try filtering on the event ID 10394.

You can also run the handheldcleanup tool with flag -u and it will show the user that cannot be accessed.

I usually see these every Sunday morning after the BES reboots as the BES does a full rescan. I get to send a strongly worded message to our security group who never checks the BES after removing user accounts though
