If we copy messages from a PST into our Exchange mailboxes those copied messages are not syncing to our handheld even when we do a Reconciliation. Is that normal? Is there any reason a message that was not recvd through Exchange would not be synced over? Do messages copied in from other sources get included during Reconciliation? I plead ignorance on this subject obviously.

If in inbox it is because it is not a new message.

You can use Destop manage to do it or forward the message to yourself.

I agree w/ above statement. You can set "repopulation by message age" but that can only go back to 14 days.

Also, there is "keep message duration" option in IT Policy. Look into those.
