Default GroupWise BES Address Book Sync question

I have a few uses that claim that the address book on their BB does not get updated when they add new addresses to the appropriate book within GroupWise. Days have gone by, and the new addresses never seem to filter down to their handheld. We do have the correct address book set to sync with their BB, and they have most of the addresses within that book, but not any recently added addresses.

Other than wiping out their BB and starting over, is there an easy way to force synchronization of their address book?

Have you had the users verify they have wireless sync set to yes on there device.

Address Book > Options > Wireless Synchronization = YES?

If so, turn wireless sync off, save. Wait a few moments, turn wireless sync back on. It should force a resync of the address book.
