Default Wirelessly Sync Contacts for one person. Is it possible?

Please Login to Remove!

I am not an expert on BES 4.1 so this may be simple. In the past I had to turn off wireless syncing of contacts when we first upgraded to 4.0. We pull from a few large contact folders in Outlook Public Folders (to our BB's). When I first upgraded to 4.0 it dumped all of the contacts on the BB, Public Folder data and all into the Default contact folder in Outlook which resides on the users' mailbox.

1. Is there a decent way around this nowadays? By that I mean can I force the BES to only bidirectionally sync the contacts folder under each user's mailbox without dumping all contents of the BB there?

2. If there is no good way to do number one can I turn on wireless contact sync for one user and make everyone else continue to sync via the cable?

Make sense?
