Exclamation BlackBerry Software Release Mailing List

I'm sure this is posted in a FAQ somewhere on this site, but as I hadn't found it yet, I'm sure others could use the information, too.

Yes this is true.....but I have been signed up for this about 3 different times and have yet to receive a notification. I finally gave up and just check from time to time and look at this forum. Seems to be more efficient.

Ok, I fixed the link, but I think what jwcanada is saying is that RIM doesn't send out notifications on that list correctly.

I don't have much experience with it, but the previous BlackBerry Project Manager here got the notification for SP3, so I assume it works at least some of the time.

You should probably check in with RIM periodically (or here) like jwcanada says just to be on the safe side.

jnelson posted the SP3 download link during the morning that it was released, and the notification was emailed out at midnight that night, so... in past times, usually the notification was released prior, though (one time before the download was available). jwaters, might want to check spam filters...

Maybe I should just try to sign up 1 more time. But I NEVER receive any notifications. Its frustrating at best.
