Default Looking for a BES Subcontractor

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

Our firm is looking for a subcontractor that can install/support BESs.

We have a national client base and need BES support for these clients on a "as needed basis."

Any BES guns for hire out there?

Chuck

You might want to add which areas you are looking for people in, or whether this would be remote working.

*nod* I'd be interested, depending on the situation. I can send you my resume.

What's your infastructure like? Exchange? Notes? Users? Standardization in Devices? Is the BES currently deployed in this environment?

We may be interested, We have yet to take on a customer where we only manage their BES though. We primarily manage Exchange, but also manage Blackberry Enterprise Servers, Smart Hosts, SAN's and their associated hardware. Our monitoring will pick most things up before it's even noticable to your end users.

One benefit right off the bat is that it's backed by a NOC that's running 24x7 that is receiving monitoring updates from your BES every minute or so. No sub contractor can offer that, although there are a lot of VERY capable people on this board that would be all over any issue once it's reported to them.

I'd offer to help personally, but can't due to conflict of interest. PM me if you're interested in learning more about the company and I can answer any questions you may have. We're not a small shop by any means, we have quite a few A-list clients and are hiring support personel like crazy to accomodate all of our up and coming clients.

At Mobile Data Solutions we can host, monitor, manage and/or support the servers and devices for you using the most up to date applications to monitor these devices remotely allowing us to trouble shoot and fix problems in minutes instead of hours. Down time reduces productivity of your employees and costs your organization money. Our Mobile Data Solutions technicians are knowledgeable and experienced in cellular technologies. MDS’ strength is its specialized knowledge with Blackberry and Windows Mobile devices. As a RIM Alliance Partner, MDS has built a customer support structure that ties into the wireless carriers level two help desks. This allows MDS to support multiple carriers’ devices in a single account without bias or conflict. Let us be the first point of contact for your organization's end users. We take on the responsibility of managing both the hardware and network trouble shooting and are truly a single point of resolution for the customer. Any user requiring assistance will call us, not the company’s internal IT staff. Through the Mobile Data Solutions help desk, trouble ticketing system and field personnel, MDS can take on all post implementation support of the enterprise fleet of handheld cellular devices.
MDS has leveraged a variety of remote management tools to provide an end to end support solution for Window’s Mobile devices and BlackBerries. By managing the devices remotely, the time to resolve customer issues is dramatically reduced and at a significantly lower cost of support. All of our services can be custom built to meet your needs. If you would like more information please call me anytime at 403-471-0947. Dianne
