I have a case open with T-Support but wanted to ping the group if anyone else has seen this:

Basically the View Availability (free/busy) isn't showing any results. It's just empty?

Is this dependant on anything to function properly? I assume it uses the same free/busy as Exchange?

Are the users in question already in the users local address book or are they being added from the GAL? I've experienced this with users who I had copied to my persoanl address book in the past. If I perform a Lookup and check their availability, it works fine.

It won't work on Exchange 2007 unless you have Public Folders set up.

It is from Contacts .. so in order for this to work it only does for Lookup contacts? Makes sense but I have to explain that workflow.
